Goldhill Quarry Ltd was established over 30 years ago and is a specialist supplier of natural Cotswold stone roofing tiles and dry stone walling. Quarried in Wiltshire using a combination of traditional techniques and carefully selected modern tools, our aim is to work with local craftsman to help preserve the history and heritage of one of Britain’s most historic landscapes, whilst producing materials that meets the needs of restoration, conservation and new-build projects.

Each piece is checked for quality before being prepared using a combination of time-honoured techniques and simple modern tools.
Dressing the Tiles
The stone is carefully shaped and dressed into durable Cotswold roofing tiles, including larger sizes in both length and width.
How we quarry your stone
We extract the stone using as many of the time honoured traditional methods as possible. Whilst trying to maintain the old techniques, we do use a few simple modern tools to speed up the process which helps keep production cost down. Due to the quality of our stone, and our extraction methods, we can produce larger tiles both in length and width than any of our competitors.
